Rental Policies
We require excellent references, a credit check, and a criminal
background check on each prospective applicant. There is a $25
application fee for each adult applicant to cover these costs. To move
in, we require the first month’s rent plus the security deposit. If you
have pets, we charge a monthly pet fee of $30/dog and $20/cat.
