Orwell Way

(see map).  It is near the Bus Lines on Liberty
Avenue and Main Street.  It is centrally located in the heart of Bloomfield, offering quick access to Downtown, Shadyside, Oakland, the Strip
District, and Lawrenceville.

From 332 1/2 B Orwell Way it is a short walk to the Shur-Save, Woolslair Elementary School, and the Bloomfield Playground.  The Bloomfield
Swimming Pool is about a block away.  You will live among all of the restaurants, shops, and businesses in Bloomfield, but far enough to
avoid the noise of traffic. The new Children's Hospital is less than half a mile away.

000/month plus gas & electric.  Security Deposit is $900.  Average gas bill was $118/month in the 12 months previous to May 2009.
